Auto Profile Control

The Weighbatch Auto Profile Control system utilises proprietary thickness measuring devices and systems for adjusting the transverse thickness on film and sheet lines. Can be used with most thickness measuring systems including capacitive and beta back scatter.

Typical reduction in thickness variation is 50% however specific process conditions will determine the actual results.

Weighbatch can supply the control side only or the complete package. For complete system supply we work in conjunction with partners Kundig for thickness measuring, Cloeren for sheet, cast film and extrusion coating dies with APC feature, and Gloucester Engineering for Auto Profile air rings.
