The CenterVac system is the most capable of the Weighbatch hopper loading systems for plastic materials.
A central controller is used to provide priority scheduling for up to 48 loaders. The system can use any number of side channel or rotary claw vacuum pumps.
The CenterVac system is a modular system which can be configured to accomodate virtually any plastic material handling application and also offers a wide range of optional features.
Features:
- Central Start/Stop and full control of all loaders from a single operator console, local loader controls, automatic and manual pump control.
- Pump protection filter plus central filter with dust collector, electronic vacuum sensors, replaceable cartridge filter elements, automated pulse cleaning, and removable dust bowl.
- Automatic detection and alarm indication if full load not delivered to processing machine giving early warning of material supply issue.
- Filter clean times and vcuum levels set to maximise throughput and efficiency.
- Stand alone system OR fully integrated with Weighbatch Advantec Central Control System.
Specifications: Options:
- CenterVac loaders 150, 200, 250, 320 and 500 mm body diameter sizes.
- Rotary lobe (claw) or side channel blower vacuum pump.
- Dynamic and static parts in contact with the material are stainless steel.
- Standard controller suitable for up to 16 loaders, extendable to 32 and 48 loaders.
- Power supply single phase 230 V, 50 Hz & 3 phase 400 V, 50 Hz.
- Pneumatic air supply 6 bar, regulator supplied.
- Fabric filter with automatic blow back filter cleaning.
- Dual port loader to effect proportional loading, stand alone proportional valves also available.
- Remote mounted operator controls/display.
- High capacity filter for high dust levels.
- Big foot loaders for regrind.
- Back up and/or dual pump operation.
- Automatic Material Selection - AMS
- Link to the AdvanTec line management software system.
- Loader group alarms.
- Vacuum level monitoring and alarms.
