The AutoVac range of hopper loaders are fully self contained single phase units. They use bypass vacuum motors mounted inside the hopper loader. These can be either brush commutated or a brush less electronic version. The hopper loaders are stand-alone with on board controller and internal filters with pneumatic blow back filter cleaning.
These hopper loaders are able to generate a medium level of vacuum suitable for conveying distances up to 15 m. There are three sizes available with recommended throughput up to 250 kg/hr.
Features:
- Self contained vacuum loader powered by 1 kW single phase motor.
- Loading cycle controlled by level sensor with timer running in background, the loader will alarm if level not reached in designated time giving early indication of material supply issues.
- Dynamic and static parts in contact with material are stainless steel.
- Fabric filter with automatic back flush cleaning after every cycle for maximum filter life.
- Models available for up to 250 kg/hr.
- Slimline design facilitates multiple loaders in close proximity eg. on MiniBlend gravimetric blender.
- Electrical supply 230 V, single phase, pneumatic air 6 bar, dry and filtered.
