The MultiVac system provides up to eight loaders powered by a single vacuum pump. The loaders have independent on-board control and cooperate to share a central vacuum pump. This pump can be either a side channel or rotary claw type.
The system is intended to provide a “cluster” of loaders for a blender or a number of machines in close proximity, such as a group of injection moulding machines.
They also provide a simple solution to loading material over longer distances or at high volume when used with a high capacity vacuum pump.
MultiVac loaders are available in a range of sizes to suit throughputs up to 2000 kg/hr. Conveying distance depends on required throughput and pump selection with distances over 100 m possible.

- Most of the benefits of a centralised loading system in an economical and elegant solution where a full CenterVac system is not feasible.
- Automatic detection and alarm indication if full load not delivered to processing machine giving early warning of material supply issue.
- The MultiVac is a modular system using standard Weighbatch loading system components so can be added to or upgraded to a CenterVac system in future.
- Only one vacuum pump to locate and service, only one filter to clean.
